Ben Cooke has over 16 years of experience in the UK construction industry and a further 4 years in Spain. Whilst in the UK, Ben was a key member of his family construction business (www.cookeconstructionltd.co.uk), delivering projects in both the commercial and domestic sectors. During his time in the UK, Ben excelled at managing new builds and refurbishing listed buildings, but his specialism was in bathroom installations. Ben has an eye for detail, not normally found in the construction sector.

Genoveva, Ben’s partner, is bi-lingual and has lived in Andalucía all her life.  She produces our exciting kitchen designs but also uses her language skills to ensure our purchasing and administration are as efficient as possible, improving the customer experience.

We can take care of all the legal requirements that are necessary to carry out building work in Spain, using our bilingual skills and local contacts.  We make sure you have the correct licenses in place to start and complete your project, so there are no unpleasant surprises.
